HELP TOPICS
Company Name: Enter the company with which the person you are searching for is associated. Whole words or any part of a word can be entered.
First Name:
If
you wish to search by a person's first name, enter the first name of the
person for which you are searching. If you cannot find someone under the
name “Bill” try using different versions such “William” to aid
your search. Whole words or any part of a word can be entered.
Last Name: If you wish to search by a person's last name, enter the last name of the person for which you are searching. Whole words or any part of a word can be entered.
City: If you wish to search by using the city field, enter a particular city for which you are searching. Whole words or any part of a word can be entered.
State/Province: If you wish to search using the state/province field, you must choose one from the drop down list. "All States" is the default if a state is not selected.
Country: If you wish to search using the country field, you must choose one from the drop down list.
Region:
Select a region in the United States (see Map) or choose international for
all other regions outside the United States. "All Regions" is
the default if a region is not selected.
North America – US Midwest = Midwest
North America – US Northeast = Northeast
North America – US Northwest = Northwest
North America – US Southeast = Southeast
North America – US Southwest = Southwest
North America – Canada = Canada
International = Asia/Pacific, West Asia/Middle East, Africa, Central America, South America, Caribbean, Europe
Midwest:
IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, and WI
Northeast:
CT, DC (District of Columbia), DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT
Northwest:
ID, MT, OR, WA, WY, and AK
Southeast:
AR, AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, VI (Virgin Islands), WV, and
PR (Puerto Rico)
Southwest:
AZ, CA, CO, HI, NM, NV, OK, TX, UT

Type:
These
are the different categories of suppliers you can choose from.

It!:
Click this button to begin your search. The ISS Search Results page will

Search
Results
After the Supplier Search criteria has been submitted, facilities or
persons that have matched your criteria will display on the Results page.
Depending on your search criteria, which is shown at the top of the
page, your results will list one or more matches.
For
a name search the following fields display:
Name:
Full name for this contact person.
Company/organization
and Location: Company name or the organization for whom this
contact works. You may display the Standard Listing for the organization or facility
by
clicking on the company hyperlink.
City
/ State / Country: City,
State and Country of the particular result.
Standard
Listing Results
Company:
Full
listing of the facility or organization including, full mailing address,
phone, fax, facility type
Facility
Type: Type
of facility or organization
Personnel:
All
personnel in the ISS database are listed including their full name,
title, and direct phone and fax.
Premier Listing Results
Company:
Telephone/Fax/E-mail: Numbers and e-mail address, if available, are displayed. To contact this person by e-mail, click on the e-mail address; your e-mail application automatically is accessed and the person's e-mail address displays in the send "To:" field.

Database Information
The entire database is updated several times per year to ensure accuracy. If your listing is inaccurate, you can contact ISS’s Management Department to notify us of any errors.
